RevIQ Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. RevIQ operates as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and registered messaging platform that sends SMS text messages on behalf of subscribing local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our reputation management software, or receive text messages from a business through our platform.

Information we collect
The short version
Your account details, the customers you add, public review data you connect, and the logs we need to keep the platform running. Nothing else.
- Account Information: Name, email address, business name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).
- Customer Data: Phone numbers and names of end-customers captured via our check-in tools or entered by the business.
- Publicly Available Data: Business information, reviews, and ratings scraped from public sources (e.g., Google Maps, Yelp) at the business’s direction.
- Usage Data: Logs of dashboard interactions, AI generation history, and message logs.
How we use your information
The short version
We use your data to run the service, send the messages, generate AI replies, process your subscription, and comply with the rules carriers require.
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Facilitate automated SMS communications via Twilio.
- Generate AI-driven content (replies, marketing copy) via our AI models.
- Process subscription payments.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., A2P 10DLC carrier requirements).
SMS & phone number privacy
The short version
Phone numbers stay inside RevIQ to power your own messaging. We don’t sell them. We don’t trade them. We don’t share them with advertisers. Each business’s customers are isolated from every other business’s customers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Phone numbers are used solely to deliver messages on behalf of the subscribing business through RevIQ’s messaging platform.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers or opt-in consent records.
- Opt-in data is stored securely and used only to verify consent for messaging.
- Each business’s customer data is isolated and only accessible by that specific business.
Google user data policy
The short version
When you connect Google Business Profile, we pull your reviews so your dashboard can show them and your AI can draft replies. We follow Google’s Limited Use rules. We don’t sell Google data and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Our application accesses Google Business Profile data to provide review management features. RevIQ’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access: We access your Google Business Profile reviews, ratings, and location data.
- Usage: This data is used solely to display reviews within your dashboard and to generate AI draft replies.
- Storage: We cache reviews in our secure database to improve performance. We do not store your Google password.
- Sharing: We do not share your Google User Data with third parties (such as advertising platforms or data brokers). It is only shared with our AI processor for the explicit purpose of generating reply drafts.
Data sharing & subprocessors
The short version
To run the service, we use four infrastructure vendors. Here they are and what each one does.
We share data with the following infrastructure providers to deliver the service:
- Twilio: For SMS message delivery and phone number leasing.
- Google Gemini: For generating text content and analyzing sentiment.
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Supabase: For secure database hosting.
Data retention
The short version
We keep your data while your account is active. When you cancel, you can ask us to delete it. We may keep anonymized aggregate numbers for our own analytics.
We retain your personal and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request the deletion of your data. We may retain aggregate, anonymized data for analytics purposes.
Your rights
The short version
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you your data, correct it, or delete it. Email us to start.
