Program description

The short version

After you visit a business and opt in, RevIQ sends follow-up texts from that business’s dedicated number. Positive replies route to a review request. Negative replies route privately to the manager.

02

Opt-in process

The short version

Customers opt in one of two ways: by scanning a QR code and filling out a check-in form, or by verbally agreeing and having staff enter their phone number. Either way, consent is explicit and disclosures are clear.

Method 1 · QR code & web check-in

Check-in form disclosure

By checking in, you agree to receive automated text messages from [Business Name], powered by RevIQ, including visit follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, promotional announcements, and special offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms · Privacy Policy

Method 2 · In-person verbal consent

03

Opt-out instructions
