Are plans per location?

Yes. Each business location has its own plan. There is no multi-location bundle — every location gets the full RevIQ system.

How do I know which plan is right?

You don't have to guess. During onboarding and trial usage, your segment use is visible in the dashboard in real time. The system recommends the plan that matches what you actually used.

What counts as a segment?

A plan segment is the usage unit in your RevIQ plan. Standard local SMS usually maps to carrier segments of up to 160 characters, or 70 with emoji/special characters. Both outbound and inbound count, and higher-cost carrier traffic can consume extra plan segments.

Is there a trial?

Yes. New locations are launched through guided onboarding so the trial runs against the right setup from day one.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the current billing cycle; the full new plan renews on the next cycle.

What happens if I run out of segments?

We'll notify you before you hit the ceiling. You can upgrade mid-cycle or top up with extra segments.
